1. Experience Requirements:
Over 1 year of experience in mechanical design, with hands-on involvement in product processing, assembly, and R&D.

2. Knowledge Requirements:
Proficient in mechanical drawing and machining/assembly processes.
Knowledgeable in mechanical manufacturing, structural design, and basics of mechanical automation.
Familiar with hydraulic and pneumatic principles, as well as related electrical and control systems.
Understand the company’s product structure and R&D workflow.
Familiar with automotive-related structures and principles.

3. Skill Requirements:
Skilled in using CAD and SolidWorks design tools.
Capable of data collection, retrieval, and organization of professional literature.
Strong learning, communication, and teamwork abilities.

4. Education Requirements:
Master’s degree or above; fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
