We build our equipment assembly system to military standards, embedding rigorous craftsmanship into every detail. In the fundamental fastening process, we have moved away from traditional manual tightening methods. Instead, all torque application is performed using digital torque wrenches for precise tightening operations. The preload force of every bolt is accurately controlled according to mechanical simulation data, with the error strictly confined within ±2%, fundamentally eliminating the risk of connection failure due to stress imbalance.
During assembly, we innovatively adopt a modular calibration tooling system. Through coaxiality verification tools and related assembly aids, we ensure that module coaxiality is maintained within 0.01mm, guaranteeing that the assembly of core components meets the standard. For rotating components, we specially design alignment tools with extremely high precision requirements, employing integrated boring and integrated assembly processes to eliminate deviations caused during assembly.
For key modules, we implement an advanced verification strategy. Each sub-module must undergo relevant functional testing on a performance test bench and operate continuously under full load for 72 hours in simulated working conditions. The pre-assembled modules that pass these tests exhibit dynamic stability parameters that exceed design indicators by 15%. This "zero-tolerance" quality control system has enabled our first-pass yield for entire machines to exceed 99.8%.
