1.Familiar with Six Sigma concepts and proficient in applying basic Six Sigma tools.
2.Proficient in PDCA cycle management, TQC (Total Quality Control), and ISO9001 quality management systems.
3.Knowledgeable in common machining processes; familiar with industry standards in the mechanical sector.
4.Capable of developing enterprise-level quality standards; possesses project management skills, accountability, judgment and decision-making abilities, along with strong interpersonal communication and conflict resolution skills.
5.Demonstrates a strong sense of principles, high responsibility, initiative, integrity, and loyalty.
6.Experience Requirements: Over 3 years of production management experience, over 3 years of working experience in this enterprise, and over 2 years of management experience in this enterprise.
