1.熟悉机械制图知识，机械加工装配工艺；懂机械制造，结构设计，了解机械自动岗位任职资格要求化知识，了解液压、气动原理，了解电气与控制相关知识；熟悉本公司产品结构以及研发流程。了解汽车相关构造以及原理。
2.熟练使用CAD及Solidworks设计工具，具备资料搜集与检索能力，专业文献阅读整理能力，学习能力，沟通能力、团队协作能力。
3.学历要求：硕士及以上学历。
