1.Proficient in mechanical drawing knowledge and machining/assembly processes; knowledgeable in mechanical manufacturing and structural design; familiar with the basics of mechanical automation; understanding of hydraulic and pneumatic principles, as well as relevant electrical and control knowledge; familiar with the company's product structures and R&D processes. Knowledgeable in automotive-related structures and principles.
2.Skilled in using CAD and SolidWorks design tools; capable of data collection and retrieval; able to read and organize professional literature; possesses learning, communication, and teamwork skills.
3.Education Requirement: Master's degree or above.
